I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from failing, slipping, crashing or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage or death to any participant. I hereby voluntarily and expressly release, indemnify, forever discharge and hold harmless Kangaroo Kids Rentals LLC (Kangaroo Kids) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes or rights of action whether personal to me or to a third party, which are in any way connected with participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. Should Kangaroo Kids or anyone acting on behalf of Kangaroo Kids be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Kangaroo Kids harmless for all such fees and costs. In event I, the undersigned or any of my participants file a lawsuit against Kangaroo Kids, it is agreed to do so solely in the state of South Carolina. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. In consideration of being permitted by Kangaroo Kids to use its equipment and facilities, the undersigned and its participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kangaroo Kids from any and all claims which are brought by the undersigned and/ or their participants and which are in any way connected with such use or participation. A set of Rules and Direction are either displayed on the bounce house/unit(s) or have been provided to the undersigned which I agree to follow and utilize at all times during operation and use of the unit(s). I grant unlimited access to Kangaroo Kids or its authorized representative access to any and all rented equipment at any time or place. I, the undersigned, acknowledge and certify that I have had sufficient opportunity to read the entire Rental Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risks that I understand it’s content and that I execute it freely without duress of any kind and agree to the terms herein stated.

Rentals are only available between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Please select a 6 hour time frame.

Rules and Regulations

  • Always operate Moonbounce under Adult Supervision.
  • Extra caution are required for children ages 3 and under.
  • Never allow older kids to bounce with children ages 3 and under unless they are closely supervised.
  • Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the Moonbounce at any time.
  • No persons over 150 pounds allowed in Moonbounce.
  • Remove shoes, glasses and jewelry.
  • No gum chewing, food or drink allowed in the Moonbounce.
  • No sharp objects allowed inside Moonbounce.
  • No flips or horseplay.
  • Stay off Moonbounce netting at all times.
  • Do not bounce on Moonbounce step or near Moonbounce doorway.
  • Separate groups of children according to size and/or age.
  • No "Silly String" or glitter allowed in or around the Moonbounce. Should "Silly String" come in contact with the Moonbounce, it would cause irreparable damage.
  • No one allowed in Moonbounce while being inflated or deflated.
  • In case of rain, lightening or excessive winds (15 mph +), have children exit Moonbounce immediately and turn off motor.
  • In case of accidental outage to unit, have children exit Moonbounce then check for disconnection.
  • Absolutely no pets allowed in or around the Moonbounce.
  • Persons not following Safety Rules should be excused from play immediately.

Weather Policy

We'd all love to predict perfect weather on the day of your event. Chances are greater than not that the weather will be sunny and warm than somewhat dismal. However, if the weather does turn out to be inclement and your inflatable Moon bounce cannot be set up for your enjoyment, there is never any penalty or charge to you as long as we have not delivered the attraction to your event. You can reschedule. Severe weather conditions will only be determined on the Rental Date.
